I’m Lameese Madi, a program and operations management professional based in San Francisco, with nearly a decade of experience working across government, justice-sector, and institutional programs around the world — from Tunisia and Egypt to Madagascar and the Republic of Georgia. My work has centered on turning ambitious policy and development goals into real, on-the-ground results: managing multi-million-dollar programs, building trust with senior government and institutional stakeholders, and navigating complex regulatory and cultural environments along the way. Most recently, I managed a $13M portfolio of justice reform and governance programs in Tunisia, overseeing everything from compliance and risk monitoring to relationship-building with senior officials and partner organizations.
