As a Resident Program Officer at the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), I oversee program implementation, compliance, and reporting for International Narcotics and Law enforcement (INL) and Bureau of the Near East (NEAAC)-funded projects on Access to Justice, Anti-Corruption, and Digital Management of Prison Records in Tunisia. I manage work planning, mobilization of personnel and consultants, and program activities, ensuring smooth execution of training, assistance, and interventions. I coordinate M&E data collection, financial tracking, and reporting, ensuring compliance with donor regulations and timely submission of quarterly and ad hoc reports. Additionally, I oversee procurements and sub-awards, conducting compliance verifications, pre-award surveys, and financial reviews to ensure proper fund utilization. I also develop capacity-building guidelines and deliver training to civil society partners to strengthen their compliance with sub-award requirements and enhance their reporting quality.
Previously, I held the position North and West Africa Associate Program Manager at DAI Global. My responsibility varies from Finance coordinating, Program Coordinating, Business management in proposal pricing, as well as Compliance and Contract Coordination on Macro-Economic Stabilization and Reform Project with USAID.
I have four years of fieldwork and 6 consecutive years of experience in the Development Field. I am a recent graduate of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, pursing a graduate degree in International Policy and Development. I am a RPCV serving in Peace Corps Republic of Georgia from 2019-2020. I was also living in Morocco for a year working at the Policy Center of the New South and at Morocco World News.
I hold a Master’s degree from the Middlebury Institute for International Studies in California in International Development as well as a degree from Kansas State University in Modern Langauges (French). I speak Arabic, French, Amazigh and English.
